All scheduled coach tours depart from BSÍ Bus Terminal. Hotel pickup is included on most day tours via Reykjavík's official numbered bus stops — your booking confirmation names the stop nearest your accommodation (full list below). If you'd rather skip pickup, you can always board directly at BSÍ.

Boat departures board directly at the Old Harbour. There is no hotel pickup for boat tours — the harbour is a 10–15 minute walk from most downtown hotels.

Walking tours, food walks, Lava Show, FlyOver Iceland and other in-city experiences meet directly at the venue or the walk's start point — no pickup. The exact address and a map link are on the tour page and your confirmation email.

Since 2017 the city operates official numbered bus stops for tour pickup and drop-off — hotel pickup means meeting your bus at the stop nearest your accommodation. Your booking confirmation names your stop; the full list is below and at busstop.is (printable map). You can also download the KML to open every stop in Google Earth or your maps app.

Pickup time and departure time are not the same. Your pickup window opens up to 30 minutes before the departure time on your ticket — be at your stop, outside and visible, when the window opens. The bus can arrive at any point in the window. If nothing has arrived 15 minutes in, call us and stay where you are.
Pickup starts up to 30 minutes before the tour's departure time. Be visible outside your hotel or at your designated stop at the start of the window — drivers cover several stops and cannot ring your room.
If your pickup hasn't arrived 15 minutes into the window, call +354 480-1200. Stay at your stop — we will reach you.
Make your way directly to the departure point for your tour (see above). Departures cannot be held, but if you reach the terminal before the bus leaves you can still join.
