All tours depart from our sales desk & departures at Harpa Concert Hall, at the departure time given on your voucher. Our sales desk at Harpa is open from 08:00 – 22:00.

We also offer a complimentary pick-up service from designated pick up points and hotels within the capital area. Passengers wanting to take advantage of the pick-up service are requested to be ready at the pickup point 30 minutes prior to tour departure. 

In Reykjavík City Centre you will find designated bus stops in few minutes walking distance from all mayor hotels and guesthouses.

Please note that we do not offer pick up from Airbnb’s or private homes.

Passengers who do not want to take advantage of the pick-up service must check in at least 15 minutes prior to departure at our desk in Harpa.
